At Barclay Products Limited, we stand behind the quality of our home fixtures and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, uninstalled condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RGA number on the exterior of the shipping carton and send the package via a traceable carrier to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
